We have an immediate need for an experienced Proposal Manager on a contract basis to lead proposals from start to finish, including interview prep. This position also supports the creation of website content, social media posts, brochures and internal marketing materials, as-needed.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically working on A/E/C proposals.
• Self-driven leader of the entire proposal process.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Detail oriented with excellent writing & verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and assuring compliance with client’s requirements.
• Ability to manage subconsultant materials and check for quality of materials.
• High-level experience working in Microsoft Word.
• Graphic design experience a plus; Experience working in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign.
