  • 5+ years of years of graphic design experience
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in any one of these industries is a plus: engineering, construction or architectural

Job Description

Our unique in-house Marketing department is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be working closely with our Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator to meet proposal delivery deadlines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the marketing team and Project Managers to produce proposals & presentation exhibits as well as marketing collateral.

Responsibilities and Dutites

  • Work with project managers to transform concept designs into presentation exhibits (digital and print)
  • Mark up exhibits and prepare for printing (in-house/outside vendor)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Project Managers on various projects relating to proposals and general marketing campaigns and projects
  • Work closely with the other internal team members in the preparation and collaboration of the proposal and interview materials
  • Work with the marketing team to grow and maintain photography database
  • Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings to discuss project needs
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by the Marketing Team and Project Managers

  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Detail oriented and quality minded
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Strong ability to produce creative and unique ideas and confidence to communicate your ideas to the team
  • Flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client/Project Manager expectations
  • Willingness to work under tight deadlines without compromising work quality
  • Excellent grammatical, proofreading and editing abilities
  • Knowledge of print production and able to work with outside vendors
  • Working knowledge of CAD software/MicroStation
  • Advanced photo manipulation abilities
  • AEC industry experience
  • Large format graphic production and printing
  • Proposal preparation experience
