Job Description
  • Candidate will be responsible for coordination and maintenance of marketing materials, resumes, project abstracts, proposals, presentations and client debriefs.
  • Manage proposal process to meet deadlines, and assist Project Managers with pursuits.
  • Develop and maintain workplan for proposals and coordinate staffing and schedules.
  • Coordinate proposal production, quality control reviews and delivery process.
  • Assist Project Managers with preparation of interview materials and logistics, presentations graphics including proposal covers and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have experience managing proposal teams including subconsultants.
  • Strong writing, editing, organizational, and time management skills are required.
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and marketing activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to conduct final QC check, including proofreading for grammar and RFP compliance and checking for conformance to established strategies and plans.
  • Experience developing promotional materials (brochures, flyers, other graphics).
  • Need to have energetic, positive attitude, with proven ability to juggle/respond to multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Candidate will also need the following attributes: flexible, team player, good time management skills, detail oriented, and extremely organized.
Level of Experience
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing proposals for the A/E industry and an overall minimum of 8 years of general work experience.
  • Must have a complete understanding of the proposal process and the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to lead a proposal development team.
